Log in to your portal and make sure you have the MMI onboarding video ready to follow along.

Click on “Install MMI Snapshot.”
You’ll receive a confirmation message indicating the installation of a folder, seven custom fields, and the MMI workflow.
Close the confirmation message, but keep the MMI video open to follow along.

Navigate back to your portal. Refresh your screen after 1 to 5 minutes.
You should now see the MMI menu on the left side. Additionally, in the automations section, you’ll find a new workflow titled "MMI - New Agent Contact"

Open the automation for the "MMI - New Agent Contact"
Click on the MMI webhook and copy it.
Switch to MMI.

In MMI, go to the top-right menu and click on the menu.
From the dropdown, select “User Profile"
Paste the webhook you just copied into the "CRM Push URL" field.
Click "Save Webhook"

Reopen the top-right menu and click on the menu.
Click on “Send test push” to send test data.
Go back to the automations section and select the "MMI - New Agent Contact"
Click on the MMI webhook again and then click on “Fetch Examples.”

Once you fetch the examples, you should see the data you just sent in a dropdown menu.
Click on it to view the data that will be added to the CRM.
Click on “Save Trigger.”
After saving, make sure to publish it and click save again.

Return to MMI and push the lead again.
This action will create a new contact in your contact section.
When you open their contact card, you’ll see their information, phone number, and where they came from.
You’ll also find a folder labeled “MMI info” containing a link to their MMI profile and all the information MMI passes to you for use in automations or follow-ups.

Open the MMI contact automation workflow.
Currently, it only creates them as a contact.
Enhance this workflow by clicking the plus sign to add actions such as:
Adding contact tags
Assigning the contact to yourself
Adding notes
Creating follow-up tasks
Optionally, send automated emails or texts, but only if you have explicit permission to contact them.
